Personal Goal:
Lose My Weight (approx 5 pounds in a month.)
“Exercising should be about rewarding the body with strength.”
The tasks to achieve the Goal:
1.Healthy Diet
2.Walk and Exercise
3.Better Sleep
I start taking a healthy diet with a walk as my weight lies in obese one. From today I start again taking portion control food.
I have this goal as I want to be healthy and be beautiful again as because of my poor health I gain a lot of weight.
In past, I have started so many times but not get the favorable results that I want to achieve. Always there is lack of motivation. I feel really bad about it.
The experience is great. Hopefully, I will follow them further in my life. For my future, I must make a timetable and to follow it properly.
This time I have faced that I am not so much consistent, I have to encourage myself a lot, then related to food It's difficult to make healthy food daily. It's really difficult for a foodie person to stay without food.
These are the part of SMART goals if I should be consistent and take small steps then I will do that in the best way.
For 1 month I will see the results then will move towards the next step. The next steps are after losing approx. 5 pounds per month my body will be in shape and at last, my next steps are to groom myself properly.
