Self Talk

It is very necessary to do self-talk. I usually also do it and write a diary as I need expert advice lol. Self-talk is necessary for building self-confidence and decreased loneliness.

Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Make Changes to Your Daily Routine. This is an easy one because it teems with opportunities to change. Learn Something New. Get out of our comfort zone is not easy as that we can say. We have to face the fear.

Create New Habits

Habits are the things that can be developed in a person easily. but it takes approx. 21 days to develop a habit.

Key Tips to Develop Good Habits

  1. Start with Small Adjustments.
  2. Be Positive.
  3. Once you make the Decision, Commit to it.
  4. Identify All Your Triggers and Obstacles.
  5. Take Time to think about what is holding you back.
  6. Create a Plan to Succeed with Failure in Mind

Ask People Help

We feel ashamed of asking for help from the people. We can ask for help at any time. That is the easiest way for success. we can also make our mentors through it. We need to understand that some common and perhaps intuitive ways of asking for help.

Fake it Until You Make It

Yes, this is the last one of the growth mindset. It is difficult for a person to achieve what he or she wants. So in his mind, he has to make the thing which he or she wants to achieve and fake himself or herself. suppose if a person wants to improve the speaking skill he should practice until he will achieve what he get it so.

3 to 4 Learning Outcomes:

1.First I get the point is to come out of the comfort zone. I must have to apply this for personal and professional growth.

2.I have to develop new and creative habits for growth.

3. I should not shame in front of people for asking for any sort of help.

4. Self-talk is very important as we know our bad habits and if we do ourselves talk we can come out of it.

Favorite tip:

My favorite one is self-talk. I usually do it with me and I get the best advice out from it. I usually write a diary and It Gives proper advice. For a growth mindset, we have to follow all the tips properly and the amal totkay which are provided above.

How to implement totkay in daily life:

I will implement the totkay in my daily life. By adopting good habits and developing new traits in myself. I have to also work on my relationship with others as if I need help so they help me.
